I have been coming to this office for years. I love the staff! Everyone is genuinely nice and loves pets. They always go out of their way for you always. Dr. Morales is a fantastic doctor. He is very thorough when examining my dog, and never recommends services or medicine just to charge extra. I had to see Dr. Silva once, and she was also a pleasure and a very knowledgeable doctor. What I love most about this office is that they don’t change their team often, and it’s always the same staff when you go. Katie in particular, is always friendly and great, and a familiar face and voice when I need to go in or call. Which my dog appreciates because she doesn’t like strangers and feels more comfortable when she goes to the vet. Love this office, would highly recommend!

My cat is the most comfortable at this vet. They are very efficient, welcoming, and always make me feel like they care about my pets! I would recommend them to anyone. Dr. Morales is very knowledgeable about anything you ask him. They are always very transparent about costs and never try to add on anything unnecessarily. From the front desk to the technicians to the doctors, everyone is amazing!

You can’t train people to care, it’s got to be natural, and it was there from the moment I arrived. Kudos to the doctor for handling my pet in the best possible way as well. That peanut butter did wonders!

Miami Lakes has been taking care of my pets (dogs & cats) for years. The staff and vets are professional and caring. They truly love their paw patients and do their best to keep owners informed on keeping pets healthy. During a recent visit to treat Marshmellow for a head rash, Dr. Silva immediately pointed out her ear problems & the source. My cat received treatment and there was a noticeable overall improvement, especially with her hearing. I recommend Miami Lakes Vet to family & friends. Please take your pets for checkups. Prices are reasonable and discussed prior to any treatment. Note: I realized Marshmellow could hear better because when called, & with other sounds, her ears moved like TV antennas; that never happened before treatment.
All staff treat your pets with the most gentle care, they truly make you feel comfortable leaving your pet in their hands. From the front desk, to the vet assistant to the veterinarian, they are all extremely kind and gentle with your pet.

This was my first visit at Miami Lakes Vet Clinic and the overall experience was a positive one. I am new to the area and decided to make a visit based on the reviews I read online. I was very pleased with the friendly staff, attention, nice office and smooth process of the appointment. Unfortunately, my dog had a reaction to a vaccine (vomiting episode) outside of the clinic and I quickly took her to be seen by the doctor. Without hesitation, they took care of us immediately, treated her with meds and lots of love despite her situation. Happy to say I will continue bringing my dog to Miami Lakes Vet Clinic.

I’ve had several great experiences with Miami Lakes Vet Clinic. They have cared for my pup, Nala, since she was 12 weeks old and I have had absolutely no complaints. They treat her with the same care and compassion that humans expect from their doctors, and are always upfront and reasonable when it comes to service prices. Nala recently had spay surgery, and Doctor Morales called me several times throughout the day to provide updates and to give me an opportunity to share concerns and ask questions. I highly recommend Miami Lakes Vet Clinic!
